The G/L Trial Balance is a listing of all account balances. It provides a means for testing whether total debits equal total credits. General ledger account information can be printed in the following formats for an operator-specified period:
- Period Activity + Ending Balances
- Beginning Balance + Period Activity + Ending Balance
- Beginning Balance + Year-to-Date Activity + Ending Balance
- Ending Balance
- Beginning Balance
- Net Period Activity
- Other operator-Specified Format
